RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HIRI SILK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging

Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so that we can review the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

If an item is returned because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect, HIRI SILK will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and make the funds available to you.

Restocking Fees

HIRI SILK does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, our return policy will apply.

EU Customers

Customers in the European Union may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including statutory rights of withdrawal where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
