Because our products are handcrafted and made from natural silk, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. Natural undyed silk may also vary slightly between batches.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccurate order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed and shipped.
